what factors are considered when pricing a wrap installation?
Vehicle Size
Compact vehicles provide a smaller surface area for installation, which means less time is needed for the process. Conversely, larger vehicles necessitate more time for installation
Door Jambs
While door jambs are not initially covered in the pricing, it is highly advised to include them. This ensures a seamless appearance, particularly if your car's original color is white and you opt for a red wrap. Having door jambs treated will completely conceal any indication that your car has been wrapped rather than factory painted. It's important to note that there is an extra charge for this service
Body Lines
The front bumper of an SUV boasts a considerably larger and smoother surface compared to that of a supercar, which features a smaller bumper with more intricate angles and hard-to-reach spots. These challenging areas will extend the installation process
Color, Finish, Brand
Certain brands and types of wraps come with varying price points. For instance, opting for a chrome-effect wrap entails approximately $2500 in material costs, whereas a solid color wrap is priced at around $700 in material. It's important to note that chrome wraps are three times thicker than standard vinyl, which also impacts the labor costs associated with their application. Your choice of wrap significantly influences the overall amount you'll invest in the process
Paint Condition
We won't apply vinyl over paint that's extensively chipped from road debris. These chips would be visible through the wrap, and we maintain high standards for our work. If your paint is in pristine condition, you're good to go. However, if your front bumper shows signs of wear and tear, it might be wise to have it repainted before the wrap. Our sales representatives will be happy to guide you on the best course of action when you bring your car to us for wrapping
